Dr Xin Chaw completed his medical degree at St George's Hospital University of London, UK in 2011. He has previously worked in the UK and Singapore. He has also spent 4 years working in the Northern Territory before becoming a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2020.
Hannah finished her bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics and went on to become a Registered Nutritionist and Dietitian in the Philippines. After several years of gaining experience in different areas of nutrition, she realized that she wanted to play a more active role in delivering care to her patients and felt that she wanted to have a more direct impact in improving her patient's well-being.
She then started her journey to become a Registered Nurse at the University of Technology in Sydney. While studying, she was so eager to practice what she was learning that she started taking steps towards her goal and worked in disability care. Witnessing how she was making such a huge impact in her patient's life, she then decided to further develop her skills as a healthcare professional and worked at the Northern Sydney Health District. She gained experience in the acute care setting at the Royal North Shore Hospital and Ryde Hospital before discovering her passion in delivering Primary Health Care.
On her pursuit of her passion to provide direct, holistic and continuous patient care, she opted to work in both NSW and Darwin. There she thrived in the fast-paced oftentimes chaotic environment where her collaborative and leadership qualities were recognized. After a few years, Hannah relocated to Perth to join our team, Perth GP with the same high-caliber.
